# 4.1 Phase I: Basic Functions and Initial Ecology

A) Core Member Formation and Responsibilities

The formation of core members is a key step in the initial construction of BBC. These members include senior blockchain experts, product managers, marketing experts, and community managers.

  Strategic Planning: formulate the platform's development roadmap and business strategy, and determine the platform's functional priorities and development direction.

  Technology R\&D: Responsible for the construction of the core technology architecture, including blockchain infrastructure, security system and various functional modules of the platform.

  Market Expansion: plan and implement marketing strategies to attract early users and partners and expand the platform's influence.

  Community building: establish and maintain user communities, promote community participation in platform governance and decision-making, and enhance user stickiness.

  Project Management: Coordinate the work progress and resource allocation of each team to ensure the platform goes online and operates stably as planned.

 

B) Main Functions Launch and Promotion

In the first phase, BBC will focus on launching the following core functional modules:

1\) Blockchain Wallet: Provide secure digital asset management function, support storage and transaction of multiple mainstream cryptocurrencies.

2\) Short Video Function: Launch a short video creation and sharing platform where users can upload, view and reward video content to encourage community interaction.

3\) Game Module: Launch the first batch of blockchain games, where players can acquire virtual assets through in-game activities and experience the unique gameplay of blockchain.

4\) E-commerce Function: Launch of basic e-commerce service, users can use cryptocurrency for shopping and trading.
